You have the option of selecting a single item with a board or bowl, or a set of two or three items with a board. I will select a beautiful board and communicate with you throughout the process sharing photos and suggestions!

This is a cheese serving set made of stainless steel and finished with 2 matching handmade glass beads. Lampworking is the process of using a torch to melt glass rods to form objects such as these beads. Each bead is created using a gorgeous turquiose blue base for the bead, then the bead is rolled in what is called frit. The frit is tiny glass shards that "reacts" to heating and cooling of the bead. From there, the bead is encased in a gorgeous clear glass which gives the finished product the look of almost a magnified, or "under the sea" look.

After the bead is made, it's put immediately into a digital kiln, which takes the temperature down slowly, thus properly annealing the glass for strength and durability!

I do recommend handwashing the final product.
