Set of 8 lampwork glass beads in uranium yellow, brick red mixed with yellow recycled glass beads, wood, bronze beads and leather.

These necklaces were brought to life, when a long time customer brought me a piece of jewelry she had purchased elsewhere and it broke. So, she asked me to mix these organic African recycled glass beads with some of my own glass beads and just make it cool and hip.

I try to create pieces that can be worn different ways and this was no exception.

You can shorten this necklace up by sliding free leather end to other side.

By mixing natural wood beads, rough organic recycled glass with my contemporary lampwork glass and leather, you get a wonderful blend of textures. The leather and wood keeps the necklace from being too “heavy” .
